Lessons from the lives of conservative and libertarian leaders
Leaders study other leaders. As a young, aspiring leader, you may not yet have the reservoir of experience to draw from as you confront new leadership challenges. Instead, you must learn to lead by example-by collecting the wisdom, counsel, and inspiration of leaders before you. Theses stories or "leadership moments" inspire confidence. The path to leadership is well-worn, but not easily traversed. The conservatives and libertarians who will lead tomorrow must learn from those who have succeed--or failed--in the past.
The AFF Leadership Speakers Series will pass on and chronicle the best leadership stories from the lives of recognized conservative and libertarian leaders to AFF members, young professionals in their 20s and 30s, through informal, moderated dinner discussions. Discussions will be transcribed, edited, and bound into a volume, to serve as a repertoire of leadership moments for aspiring conservative and libertarian leaders for generations to come.
This quarterly dinner lecture and discussion is exclusively for AFF members at the director and executive level. Not an AFF member? Join now.
