The state of Cuba

The topic of this AFF roundtable was the state of Cuba, and guests and panelists discussed the embargo, Castro's regime, human rights, and America's� role in the communist state. Speakers included Mark Falcoff, American Enterprise Institute's senior scholar on Latin American affairs and author of "Cuba the Morning After: Confronting Castro's Legacy,"� and Lance Walker, legislative assistant for Cuban affairs� for Congressmen Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.). Sandy Acosta of the Cuba Democracy Project at Freedom House moderated the panel. This event took place at HR-57 in Washington, DC.
