AEI is looking for someone with an unusual combination of skills. We're in the middle of redesigning our website and that person has to work with all the departments to make sure each one is satisfied with what is being done. So personal communication skills and an ability to work with very demanding departments is part of what will be required. Some knowledge of how websites work is going to be required. But that person also has to be generally familiar with Chicago Style and able to write what are for the most part very brief summaries of what scholars are working on.
