George Mason University School of Law, Information Economy Project is looking to hire a full-time employee to manage IEP programs, including conferences, research projects, and outreach. This person should have general, extensive knowledge of the telecommunications and Information Technology industries, including economics, policy, and regulation. Ideally, the candidate will have academic training in economics, law, or engineering, be able to plan and coordinate academic activities, be web-savvy, have excellent writing skills, and be capable of interacting with persons in universities, think tanks, government agencies, media organizations, and business enterprises about the leading economic and public policy issues in the Information Economy. Imagination and enterprising attitude are a must. Salary: $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on qualifications, plus university benefits.
