Office Manager

The Searle Freedom Trust, a foundation dedicated to supporting market-oriented public policy research, seeks a part-time office manager. The office manager will have a variety of responsibilities, including:

Administrative duties (filing, database management, mailings, etc.)

Maintaining records of business expenses

Working with vendors, including payroll and benefits providers, IT professionals, and accountants

Overseeing maintenance of office and equipment

Purchasing office supplies and equipment

The ideal candidate will be available 20 hours per week and see this as a long-term position. Flexible scheduling arrangements will be considered.
