Sex and politics go hand in hand, of course—but usually the results aren’t so positive. $pread Magazine—a publication for, by and about sex workers—wants to change that. The magazine is organizing “Grind the Vote,” a multi-city tour designed to raise money for grassroots sex worker groups and highlight the ways sex workers are organizing for “political and economic justice.”
